Once you are admitted to DSU as a Concurrent Enrollment student, you need to fill out and submit your actual class registration. Depending on the deadlines coming up, you may see a tentative list of classes or you may see the formal registration form. Please note the deadlines in each section as you review available courses.

*Note: the registration forms for courses held in North Plaza, the HEC and Online can be filled out online and then printed to sign and submit them. Firefox users may need to open the form in Adobe Acrobat to fill out the form.

Classes at DSU Main Campus:

It will be necessary for you to secure a release from your high school periods that correspond with the time frames for North Plaza and main campus courses. These classes do not adhere to an A/B high school schedule but will be held according to the university time frames.

Classes Offered Online by DSU

Online classes, taught by DSU faculty, are limited by space availability. CE classes may also be available through online classes.

Classes on Your High School Campus

You will fill out CE class registration forms during the first or second day of your class at the high school. Please read carefully and turn in these forms to the secretary at your high school counselor's office by Wednesday, Jan. 10th, or bring them directly to the DSU CE Office before Friday, Jan. 12th. About a week after we've received your paperwork, you may sign onto your MyDixie account to double-check your registration, billing and payment receipts. Click on the links below to see a tentative list of what will be available at your campus next spring. Make sure that you are working with your high school counselor to make concurrent options part of your CCR (educational plan).

Important Notes


Registration in PowerSchool (or any other HS grade management system) does NOT indicate registration for DSU Concurrent Enrollment credit.You must complete and submit to the Concurrent Enrollment office at DSU a separate registration form.

Parent Permission Forms

With each registration form, there is a parent permission sheet that must also be signed and submitted. Without the consent form, we will be unable to register the student for coursework. Make sure that you print, sign, and submit it with the registration page itself.
